Excellent customer service, rang for a replacement wheel nut, phone answered quickly and very helpful man despatched the part the same day. If only every supplier could provide such excellent service.

I bought a nut that I manged to lose for one of the kids trek quad bikes. Overall very impressed with the quads for less than £500 I have no complaints about the quality. The batteries have a really decent run time on them and what is most surprising I’m nearly 18 stone and they handle me! When you consider a second hand petrol quad with unknown history would set you back double these are a no brainer. A bit of advice, pay the extra for the guys to build the quads, it takes longer than the £40 that it costs!
