Petrol engines are made up of numerous moving parts, which means should even the smallest component malfunction, it could be quite costly to repair.

As the world has grown more conscious of the ever-increasing emissions we’re producing, attention has turned to alternative fuels and vehicles. Unlike dirty, emission producing petrol quads, our products are designed to provide absolutely no emissions, zero pollution and therefore no harm to the environment.

Kids Quads have been supplying electric quad bikes and other ride-on products for a number of years. We have used these years of experience to understand the need for high quality parts and excellent customer service, this is why we have the confidence to supply a 6 months parts warranty on all of our products – even though they are used outdoors. This warranty period excels most, if not all of our competitors.

Although the parts warranty is 6 months, we give a lifetime of support to ALL of our customers.

Fitting of parts – Kids Quads will supply and post the replacement parts to you free of charge within the 6 months warranty period and offer you free telephone support to help you fit the parts.

We offer a repair service also; if the item falls within the warranty guidelines, you are welcome to return the product, and we will repair or fit new parts FREE OF CHARGE (The cost of returns to/from us is covered by the customer).

Any parts required after 6 months of purchase, will be chargeable parts and are available from our spare parts page.

NB. The 6 months warranty does not support the return of the product or the battery pack supplied (battery warranty is 3 months).
