  We have various options for delivery throughout the UK and Ireland. These include:

  • Courier – fast and reliable whether it’s a box or pallet delivery via our trusted courier network.
  • Parcel deliver up to 1kg – £3.45 inc VAT.
  • Large Box delivery up to 15kg – £6.49 inc VAT.
  • XL Box delivery up to 25kg – £17.95 inc VAT.
  • Deliveries over 30kg – STANDARD PALLET SERVICE: 2 Day Delivery* – from £29.95 inc VAT (subject to delivery postcode – calculated at checkout).
  • Deliveries over 30kg – PREMIUM PALLET SERVICE: NEXT DAY *, ASSEMBLED & TESTED – from £64.95 inc VAT (subject to delivery postcode – calculated at checkout).
  • Deliveries will be charged at checkout, depending on the gross weight/distance of the delivery.

  The ‘personal touch’ – we can assemble, test and pallet deliver your item to your door.

• Returns

  Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Holding deposits against goods

  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
